Refund Policy

1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. Once a product key or access has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Product not delivered within 24 hours of purchase
- Product is significantly different from the description
- Technical issues preventing product use (with proof)
- Duplicate purchases made in error
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Products that have been accessed or used
- Services that have been fully rendered
- Products purchased more than 7 days ago
- Requests without valid proof of issue
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team through Discord with your order number and reason for the refund request. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
6. Replacements
In some cases, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund. This is typically offered when the original product is defective or not as described.
